Jessica brings with her nearly two decades of expertise in logistics and administration. She thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in resolving issues efficiently and engaging in challenging projects.
Jessica oversees essential administrative processes, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing, and claims compliance. She is actively focused on streamlining workflows, introducing new tools to enhance productivity.
Her career in transportation began almost 20 years ago after transitioning from the ISP industry. Jessica’s professional journey has included key roles such as Accounting & Customer Service Manager, Administration & Accounting Manager, and Credit Manager. These positions have honed her skills in financial management, process improvement, and team leadership. Jessica’s career highlights include successfully implementing a software change that reduced administrative errors and increased efficiency. She is proud of the strong relationships she has built within the logistics industry in her tenure.
Born and raised in Abbotsford, she now resides in Surrey. Jessica enjoys spending time with her family, often cooking and baking to bring everyone together. Reflecting her adventurous spirit, she has traveled to seven countries and is also deeply passionate about her >12 years as a 4-H leader. Through this role, Jessica mentors youth in the community, sharing valuable leadership skills, and promoting the importance of agriculture.
