Rohit Lal
Warehouse Manager
Rohit is an efficient and responsible staff manager with a uniquely polite approach. He is a proactive leader and planner with expertise in all aspects of warehousing.
Rohit brings more than ten years of management expertise, experience in various fields, and a vast knowledge of 3PL warehousing. Over the past years, he’s made significant contributions to the fast-paced and dynamic Radius Warehouse.
He is a graduate of the University of the South Pacific, where he majored in Computer Science and currently holds a certificate in Six Sigma.
Rohit started his career with Radius Logistics in 2019 as a Warehouse Supervisor and was later promoted to Warehouse Manager in 2021 — a similar role that he held with DB Schenker before joining Radius.
His biggest priorities are streamlining the workflow and creating a team first environment in order to enhance innovation and productivity. He is most happy when all operations are running smoothly and all complications are addressed effectively.
Rohit is an Islander from Fiji — a multicultural country where he grew up and learned great life lessons. He immigrated to beautiful B.C. in 2015 and enjoys long drives, going fishing, and the Fiji Sevens Rugby Team!
