With over a decade of experience in the 3PL space, paired with a deep understanding of all modes of transportation and customs brokerage, Scott’s innovative mindset is critical for driving Radius’ growth and efficiency.
Scott provides expert support and direction while overseeing all aspects of cost management, pricing, and operational processes. Scott is focused on process improvements, enhancing interdepartmental communication, and increasing data visibility. He finds fulfillment in the team’s positive energy and shared commitment to excellence.
Scott’s career began as an IT Support Technician for a Canadian 3PL, where he gained a technical understanding of logistics systems. Another decade of managing supply chains for industries such as dietary supplements, furniture, and hobby goods, gave him first-hand insight into the challenges customers face. Among his career highlights, Scott takes pride in exceeding budget targets, while simultaneously improving service levels. His proudest moments come from promoting team members and celebrating collective achievements, underscoring his belief in the power of collaboration and mentorship.
Originally from Mississauga, ON, Scott moved to Vancouver in 2004. Outside of work, Scott enjoys spending quality time with his kids, mountain biking, rock climbing, and indulging in video and board games. Scott once attended Woodstock 99, and participated in multiple video game development contests, blending creativity with a passion for problem-solving.
